This policy explains what personal information Hi-Fi Touring, LLC ("HiFi Touring", "we") collects, why, and how we look after it.

- Promoters and tour contacts who book runners with us.
- Runners (independent contractors) who join our roster.

What we collect
Promoters and tour contacts: names, company, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, and the show details you send us.
Runners: the details you give us during onboarding, which may include your name, contact details, address, date of birth, emergency contact, driving licence and vehicle insurance details and photos, vehicle details, an optional photo, tax information (Form W-9), your signed agreements, your availability, and records of the work you do and what we pay you.
Website visitors: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To staff shows: offering work, confirming assignments and sharing the details a job needs.
- To send the emails and texts described in our SMS Policy.
- To invoice promoters and pay runners, and to meet our tax and legal obligations.
- To keep our roster safe and professional, such as checking that a runner's licence is current.
Who we share it with
We share a runner's name, role, phone number and schedule with the promoter and tour they are booked to work with. We do not share a runner's pay, tax details or identity documents with promoters.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as hosting, database, email and text-message providers, and our accountant. They process information only on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
How we protect it
Sensitive information, including licence images and tax details, is kept in private storage that only the owners of HiFi Touring can access. Tax identification numbers are stored encrypted and are never sent by email.
How long we keep it
We keep information while you work with us. When a runner leaves our roster, we delete their identity documents, address, date of birth and vehicle details on request, and keep signed agreements, tax forms and payment records only as long as the law and our accountant require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@hifitouring.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
