SMS Policy

Hi-Fi Touring, LLC ("HiFi Touring") sends text messages only to production runners who have opted in through our onboarding form.

How you opt in

When a runner joins our roster, they receive a personal onboarding link from us. On that form they enter their mobile number and tick an unchecked box that reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from HiFi Touring at the mobile number I have provided about job offers, assignment confirmations, schedule changes, reminders, availability requests and my account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of being offered work."

We record the date and time of consent. We do not text anyone who has not opted in.

What we send

• Offers of work on specific dates, with a link to accept or decline
• Assignment confirmations and schedule changes
• Day-before reminders with venue details
• Weekly requests for your availability
• Requests to confirm the hours you worked

We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with the shows you are offered and booked on.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email info@hifitouring.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
